Spring Body Cleanse: 12-days to Reboot & Rejuvenate


The benefits of eating clean, nutritious, whole foods are clear – the less toxins, chemicals, and junk you feed your body, the more vibrant you’ll feel.

How long?

The whole programme will run for a period of 4 weeks to include:

A ‘Prep Week’ that will start the week before. This is OPTIONAL but encouraged, as it will enable you to begin reducing sugar and caffeine levels, ask plenty of questions, do the shopping and preparations for the cleanse.

The ‘Body Cleanse’ programme will be 12-days, where we will start and end eating only non-inflammatory foods; in other words, we will cut out things like wheat, dairy, red meat, caffeine, alcohol, eggs & sugar. In the middle, starting day 7, we will have 3 days of liquids only phase (soups & juices).

A ‘Post detox’ week, again OPTIONAL, but this will give you a chance to ask questions after the 12-days detox and ensure you carry on the momentum.
