FAQ

  • The programme starts on Monday, October 2nd and ends Monday, January 15th 2024. We will take a 3 week break in December and January to practice what we’ve learned, and come back together for a final review.

  • No, you don't need to watch live. If you are busy at the scheduled times, no stress, we will send you the replay and you can watch when you have the time. You will have the option to submit questions about each topic before it is scheduled to ensure your answers are addressed even if you can’t attend.

  • The programme workbook and the skills you learn are yours for life. You will have access to the Communty group for another 2 weeks after the program ends, so that as a community you can support each other to maintain some of the new routines you have developed.

  • You will get out of this program what you put into it. With that said, it’s likely that you could gain a lot of ground with just an hour or so a week. Your time will be taken:

    Participating in the weekly webinar/workshop

    Planning how to implement what your working on

    Engaging with other community members for support

    Checking in with your BodyStreet representative.

  • Yes, of course. We would be happy to arrange a call with you to discuss how we can best support you to regain balance in your life and optimize your wellness in general. We run regular programmes as well as provide one on one health coaching support, regardless of where you live in the world.
