How long do I have access to the programme content for? ↓
The programme workbook and journal is yours for life. You will have access to the Facebook group for another 2 weeks after that so that as a community you can support each other to maintain some of the new routines you have learned.
Do I need to watch the webinars live? ↓
No, you don't need to watch live. If you are busy at the scheduled times, no stress, we will send you the replay and you can watch when you have the time.
When does the programme start? ↓
The programme starts on Monday, June 7th and ends Sunday June 13th 2021. We provide the workbook and necessary documentation to prepare for the start from Friday June 4th. We highly advise to get the most out of the programme that you set some time aside on the weekend to be ready to rock & roll Monday morning.
How much of my time will the programme take up? ↓
This is a great question. We want to say as much as you feel you need to start bringing the stress levels down. But let's put some realistic numbers in here - the programme will build up to a point where you are probably looking for at least 1 - 2 hrs split between morning, a few moments throughout the day and evening.
Can I continue to get your support after the programme ends? ↓
Yes, of course. We would be happy to arrange a call with you to discuss how we can best support you to regain balance in your life and optimise your wellness in general. We run regular programmes as well as provide one on one health coaching support, regardless of where you live in the world.
