Anne is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, passionate about helping others to discover the root causes that are holding them back from living their best life. Anne takes a holistic approach, which addresses all aspects of health; physical, mental and emotional. She helps her clients find balance in all these areas, as an imbalance in one aspect has repercussions on all others.

Jaime Pellegrene is the founder of Blue Butterfly Holistic Wellness Coaching and brings over 24 years of experience in personal training, holistic nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness. Her approach centers on transformation and intuition, guiding women toward balanced, sustainable wellbeing through mind–body–spirit practices.

The programme starts on Monday, October 2nd and ends Monday, January 15th 2024. We will take a 3 week break in December and January to practice what we’ve learned, and come back together for a final review.

No, you don't need to watch live. If you are busy at the scheduled times, no stress, we will send you the replay and you can watch when you have the time. You will have the option to submit questions about each topic before it is scheduled to ensure your answers are addressed even if you can’t attend.

The programme workbook and the skills you learn are yours for life. You will have access to the Communty group for another 2 weeks after the program ends, so that as a community you can support each other to maintain some of the new routines you have developed.

You will get out of this program what you put into it. With that said, it’s likely that you could gain a lot of ground with just an hour or so a week. Your time will be taken:

Planning how to implement what your working on
Engaging with other community members for support
